We typically dispatch packages within 3 days of receiving payment, using trusted national couriers that provide tracking.

No matter which shipping method you select, we will send you a link to your package online.

Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage; while handling fees are fixed, transport fees depend on the total weight of your shipment.

We suggest placing all items in a single order, as we cannot merge separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each one.

Our courier partners deliver on working days, from Monday to Saturday, between 9 am and 7 pm, excluding public holidays and Sundays. Please be aware that delivery times may be influenced by factors outside our control.
REFUND POLICY
Cancellation Policy
At D'Choco, we prepare our fresh products for delivery immediately upon receiving your order. As such, cancellations are not possible, and once an order is placed, it be cancelled or rescheduled by the customer. Please note that no refunds will be issued in the event of a cancellation.
